BUDDING DESIGNERS “we” or “us” is an online consultancy and networking tool designed to connect budding designers to the creative industry, universities/schools and students worldwide. Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the website and we, or our Standard/Premier Members, own the related material on the website, which can take the form of graphics, logos, photographs, moving images, information, text, illustrations, images, sound and other materials. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms of use.

(5) STANDARD/PREMIER REGISTERED MEMBERS
Access to certain areas of our website is restricted.
In order to become an Industry Registered user, or a Member you must complete the registration process by providing certain information and providing a password.
You guarantee that all the information you provide to us as part of the registration process is true, accurate, and complete.
You acknowledge that we may refuse, or may insist that you change, any username that impersonates another person or breaches the provisions stated in the terms of use.
All Registered Users/Members will be provided with a username and password to enable them to access the restricted areas of the BUDDING DESIGNERS website. Registered Users/Members are solely responsible for the secrecy of your password and also for all activities that take place under your account. You therefore agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password.
We may disable username and passwords, delete accounts, and delete any information associated with an account, at our discretion without prior notice or explanation.
(6) STANDARD/PREMIER REGISTERED MEMBERS: PRIVACY POLICY

(7) STANDARD/PREMIER MEMBER GENERATED CONTENT

(viii) cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person.
(ix) impersonate another person for the purpose of misleading others.
You must not use our website to link to any website or web page consisting of or containing material that would, were it posted on our website, breach the provisions of these terms of use.
(8) STANDARD/PREMIER MEMBER GENERATED CONTENT: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Your Member generated content remains your sole intellectual property and copyright and BUDDING DESIGNERS makes no claim of ownership rights.
In order to provide the BUDDING DESIGNERS Service, BUDDING DESIGNERS requires a licence from you to allow us to publish your Content on the Internet.
This licence is worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty free. BUDDING DESIGNERS is not required to pay you for the publishing of your Content.
You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your Member content in any existing or future media.
(9) RESTRICTED WARRANTIES
You acknowledge that some of the information published on this website is submitted by Standard/Premier Members, and that we do not usually review, approve or edit such information. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
In viewing Standard/Premier Member generated content you acknowledge that:
(i) all member content is the sole responsibility of the member from which the content originated.
(ii) BUDDING DESIGNERS do not control or endorse the Content and cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
(10) DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
BUDDING DESIGNERS liability to you in relation to the use of our website or under or in connection with these terms of use, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will be limited as follows:
(i) to the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free-of-charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature;
